RETURNS & REFUNDS

For returns and refunds, customers have up to 30 days from receiving their order to contact us should your order be faulty or for change of mind.

CHANGE OF MIND
For "change of mind" returns the product must not be damaged or opened/ still sealed - so it can be resold. Customer is also responsible for paying shipping costs to return item. Customer will only be reimbursed for product cost.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
For faulty or damaged goods received the product will be replaced. We will ship a replacement product to you as soon as possible. If this is not possible then a full refund will be given.
